Allstar Healthcare Inc is a licensed home health agency serving patients throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Our registered nurses and licensed therapists work under your physician's orders to help you recover from surgery, illness, or a hospital stay in the place you're most comfortable.
Every patient gets an RN case manager, a written plan of care reviewed with your doctor, and a schedule of visits built around your goals — walking further, managing your medications, healing a wound, staying out of the hospital.

Getting started
What to expect
Home health starts with a physician's order. From that first call, we handle the paperwork, the coverage check, and the scheduling.
Referral
A physician, hospital discharge planner, or family member can start the referral. We verify Medicare or insurance coverage the same day in most cases.
Start-of-care visit
A registered nurse visits within 24 to 48 hours to complete the OASIS assessment and build a plan of care your doctor signs off on.
Care and recertification
Your team visits on schedule for the 60-day episode, reports progress to your physician, and recertifies or discharges you at goal.
